Clinic policies on deposits, cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows may apply and will be provided during booking, intake, or at the clinic. If there is any conflict between those clinic-specific policies and these Terms, the clinic-specific policies govern for appointments and services.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, servers, or systems.
  • Interfere with Site operation (e.g., introducing malware, scraping, excessive requests).
